Announced today by J.D. Power and Associates, Arvest Bank has been recognized as the highest ranked regional bank in both the South Central Region and Southwest Region in this year's J.D. Power and Associates Retail Banking Satisfaction Survey.  This is an incredible honor, all thanks going to our great customers and hard-working associates.  Please see the official release below for additional details.

Fayetteville, Ark., (April 19, 2012)— Arvest Bank ranks highest both in the South Central Region and in the Southwest Region in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Retail Banking Satisfaction Study.  This is the fourth year that Arvest has been recognized with a regional award. Arvest has been ranked highest in satisfaction with retail banking in the Southwest (2010, 2011, 2012), Southeast (2009) and South Central (2010, 2012) regions.  The 2012 study was conducted with more than 51,000 banking consumers throughout eleven regions across the United States.

“To receive a regional award for the fourth year is a tremendous honor for our bank and our associates,” said Kevin Sabin, president and COO of Arvest.  “This consistency in performance is a demonstration of the hard work and dedication of our associates to provide excellent service.  We are truly thankful to our customers for this recognition and for trusting us to help them with their financial needs.”

Arvest Bank received ratings significantly higher than the regional averages in five factors analyzed by the study – account activities, account information, facility, fees, and product offerings. The South Central Region is comprised of five states: Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. The Southwest Region is comprised of six states: Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma and Utah.

We believe that many factors contribute to Arvest’s highest ranking in the study.  Arvest Bank has some of the lowest fees in the nation, a highly rated in-branch experience and offers 12-hour weekday banking, along with Saturday hours at many of its more than 230 locations.  Arvest also provides a wide variety of desirable checking and loan products as well as many customer conveniences including online banking, mobile banking, deposit image ATMs and other electronic services.

“We listen to what customers want and provide those things that matter most - convenient locations, long hours, innovative products, online services and local community support,” said Sabin.  “These attributes combined with a friendly and customer-focused philosophy create the kind of banking experience that customers appreciate.”
