Attention weekend shoppers:  Arkansas, Oklahoma & Missouri will all be observing a Tax-Free Holiday this weekend, just in time for back-to-school shopping and summer sales.

What is a tax-free holiday?  In general, retail stores throughout the states will not charge sales tax on specific purchases.  In other terms, tax-free weekend = saving money.

This tax-free holiday is specifically for easing the costs of back-to-school shopping.  With that said, there are some limitations on what you can buy with no sales tax.   Click on the states below to view which items will be exempt from sales tax in your particular state.   Also below are the dates that each state will be observing the tax-free holiday.

To our Kansas customers, while there’s no tax-free holiday in your state this weekend, you are welcome to take advantage of Missouri’s if you live in the Greater Kansas City area or Oklahoma if you live in Caney, Kan.

Happy Shopping this weekend!
